We slot the move into an evening or a weekend, or work floor by floor on a larger site, so the phones stay answered and the doors open on time. Before the day you get a move plan — not a rough idea on the morning — so your team, your landlord and your IT provider all know what is happening and when.
IT, desks and records
The careful end of an office move is the technology. Workstations, monitors, servers and comms are unplugged, wrapped and boxed, labelled to a floor-plan and set back up at the new site so people can log straight in. Where your own IT team would rather pull the hardware, we plan the disconnect and reconnect around them, and records and confidential files stay in order the whole way through.
Shops, studios and commercial premises
Retail and commercial premises have their own pressures — timed loading, a unit that cannot sit empty for long. We plan the move around the trade, box and label stock and fittings, and get you set up at the new premises quickly. And where a move ends with an old site to empty, we can run the clearance as part of the same plan.

Can you move our office outside working hours?
Yes — most business moves are run that way. Evenings and weekends are common, and a larger site we do floor by floor so key teams stay working throughout. You get a written move plan before the day, not a rough idea on the morning.
Do you handle IT, desks and records?

Can you move shops and commercial premises, not just offices?
Yes — offices, shops, studios, showrooms and light-commercial premises. We plan the move around your trading, box and label stock and fittings, and get you set up at the new site with the least time closed. Each is scoped to what the business actually is.
Will there be one point of contact?
Yes. From the first survey to the final sign-off you deal with one person who knows your move — the sequence, the access, the IT plan — so nothing is repeated and nothing falls between the gaps.
Can you clear the old premises afterwards?
We can. Old-site clearance — furniture reused, redistributed or disposed of responsibly — is often part of the plan, so the space is left ready to hand back. It saves arranging a separate clearance after the move.
